LSQ | New Leader Basics Training

Who would make a great Redeemer LSQ Community Group leader? A regular Redeemer LSQ attender who has a passion for God, compassion for others, a teachable spirit and prior experience in a Redeemer Community Group.

New Leader Basics Training is required of all new LSQ CG leaders. However, you don't have to commit to leading immediately; this class is also open to anyone who'd be interested in leading a CG in the future.

The workshop begins with an orientation to the Redeemer LSQ CG ministry and covers structure, administrative skills, and expectations of a group leader. Training also includes an introduction to the elements of a group meeting and practical techniques for leading.

LSQ New Leader Basics Training
Sunday, Feb 16 from 1 to 4 p.m.
W83, Room 412
Lunch is not provided.
