LSQ | A Thoughtful and Faith-Based Conversation on Porn

Sorry, this page is not available at this time

Research is uncovering the long-term, negative impacts of pornography — some even calling it "the new drug."

We want to be thoughtful and well-equipped to have this conversation with our families, so parents, we hope you'll join us for this event. During our time together, we'll kick off a critical and ongoing dialogue around the topic, and attendees will learn about porn and its various forms, porn access, and the impacts exposure can have on various aspects of human health and development. Our goal is to cultivate a safe, intentional community of parents who are both encouraged and equipped to support youth as they navigate growing up in a highly digital age.

Kayli Capshaw, a humanitarian-hearted education professional and Redeemer member, will speak on the issues facing young people, and then she'll be joined by Dr. Brent Bounds and Rev. Joe Moon for a time of Q&R.

Hosted by LSQ Kids and LSQ Youth.
Co-sponsored by Downtown Youth, East Side Youth and West Side Youth.
